CSIR NET Recruitment 2024

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the CSIR NET June 2024 Computer Based Test (CBT) exam on 25, 26, and 27 July 2024. The NTA has released the CSIR UGC NET results on 12 September 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam may check their results and score card from the official website or the direct link provided below.

The CSIR UGC NET June 2024 online applications were accepted from 1 May to 27 May 2024. The CSIR NET Computer Based Test (CBT) was conducted on 25, 26, and 27 July 2024. The NTA released the Answer Key on 8 August 2024, and the CSIR NET results were declared on 12 September 2024.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) is 30 years as of 1 June 2024. Age relaxation of 5 years is provided to OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD, Third Gender categories, and women candidates.

Education Qualification

General/Unreserved/General-EWS candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in a Master's Degree or equivalent examination from recognized universities/institutions are eligible for the CSIR UGC NET June 2024 Examination.

Other Backward Classes (OBC) belonging to Non-Creamy Layer/Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Persons with Disability (PwD)/Third gender category candidates who have secured at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in Master's degree or equivalent examination are eligible to apply for the CSIR UGC NET June 2024 Examination.

There is no age limit for the Assistant Professor and Admission to Ph.D.
