India Post GDS Result 2024: The Indian Postal Department declared the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) Result i.e. 2nd Merit List has been declared on 17 September 2024. The online applications were invited for 44228 posts of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS), BPM, and ABPM from 15 July to 5 August 2024. The India Post GDS Result 2024 2nd Merit List has been declared on 17 September 2024. The circle-wise and category-wise GDS 2nd merit list is prepared based on the 10th class marks. The India Post GDS Result can be checked from the website indiapostgdsonline.gov.in. The India Post GDS applications were invited from 15 July to 5 August 2024.

Age Limit: The age limit for the GDS Recruitment 2024 is 18-40 Years (as on 5.10.2024). Age relaxation is given as per the rules.

GDS Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The selection of the Gramin Dak Sevak is based solely on the marks in the 10th class. The circle-wise and category-wise merit list is prepared based on 10th marks. There is no interview or written exam for GDS Recruitment.

The document verification is conducted after the declaration of the result. If the vacancies are not filled by the 1st merit list, then further merit lists are declared for document verification.

4. The registration number of the selected candidates along with the category-wise cutoff is given in the GDS 1st Merit List PDF.
