Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has published a notification for the recruitment of Constable (Kitchen Services) Group “C” Non-Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) Vacancy on temporary basis likely to be permanent in ITBPF. Height:

• Minimum Height for all Candidates (except those mentioned below): Male: 165cm, Female: 155cm
• Minimum Height for all candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes categories of all states or Union Territories or districts except as given in the following paragraph: Male: 160cm, Female: 148cm
• Minimum Height for all Scheduled Tribes candidates hailing from the Left Wing Extremism affected districts: Male: 158cm, Female: 147cm
• Minimum Height for all Scheduled Tribes candidates hailing from the North Eastern States: Male: 155cm, Female: 147cm
• Minimum Height for candidates falling in the categories of Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and Candidates belong to the State of Assam, Himachal Pradesh & Kashmir Region of UT Jammu & Kashmir & UT Ladakh: Male: 162.5cm, Female: 152 cm

• As per standard height-weight chart prescribed in the Uniform guidelines for Medical Examination Test Recruitment in Central Armed Police Forces, National Security Guard and Assam Rifles, 2015.

Minimum Medical Standard:

• Eye Sight: Visual Acuity unaided (Near Vision) – Better Eye – N6, Worse Eye – N9, Uncorrected visual Acuity(Distant Vision) – Better Eye – 6/6, Worse Eye – 6/9
• Refraction: Visual correction of any kind is not permitted for distant. Should be able to read with glasses for near vision only.
