The application fee for General, Other than Haryana, Punjab, and Chandigarh Candidates is Rs. 700/-. The application fee for SC, ST, BC, ESM, and PWD candidates is Rs. 600/-. The fee must be paid online.

The selection process for the Punjab and Haryana High Court Peon Recruitment 2024 consists of a written exam followed by a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification, and Medical Examination.
All candidates applying for the post of Peon must first take a written test of 100 Marks comprising 50 multiple-choice questions (2 marks each) related to general knowledge, general awareness, current affairs, and numerical ability. There is no negative marking.
The question paper will be in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. The test duration is 90 minutes. A minimum of 50% marks is required for general category candidates and a minimum of 45% marks for reserved categories to be considered for the next stage of the recruitment process.
After the written test, candidates equivalent to 10 times (category-wise), except the PWD category, of the advertised vacancies, will be called for the Physical Endurance Test based on their merit in the written test. The PET is only qualifying in nature.
