SSC GD Constable Physical Eligibility Test Date 2024

After the SSC has declared the GD Constable CBT Result on 10 July 2024, the candidates will be called for the next selection process, i.e., Physical Eligibility Test. The SSC GD Physical Eligibility Test will be held from 23 September to 8 November 2024. The SSC GD Constable Physical Eligibility Test Admit Card has been released on 11 September 2024.

SSC GD 2024 Selection Process

The selection process for SSC GD Recruitment 2024 includes the following stages:

• Stage-1: CBT Written Exam
• Stage-2: Physical Eligibility Test
• Stage-2: Document Verification (DV)
• Stage-3: Medical Examination (ME)

SSC GD 2024 Physical Eligibility Test

The candidates who have qualified the GD Constable CBT exam will be called for the Physical Eligibility Test. The details of the SSC GD Physical Eligibility Test are given below.

Physical Standard Test

• Height:
  • Minimum height for males: 170 cm
  • Minimum height for females: 157 cm
  • Relaxations for candidates belonging to specific regions and categories.
• Chest (Male Candidates Only):
  • Unexpanded: 80 cm
  • Minimum expansion: 5 cm
  • Relaxations for specific categories.
• Weight: Your weight must be proportionate to your height and age.

Physical Eligibility Test

Race:

• Male candidates must complete a 5 km run in 24 minutes.
• Female candidates must complete a 1.6 km run in 8.5 minutes.
• For candidates belonging to the Ladakh region:
  • Males must complete a 1.6 km run in 7 minutes.
  • Females must complete an 800-meter run in 5 minutes.
